The room was at the top of the hotel with no lift or porter service. The room had been 'modernised' but the lavatory cistern was broken

This place is wonderfully located very close to a fine arts museum, and the food, especially during the continental breakfast, is quite enjoyable.

The location is excellent, within visible distance from the cathedral - makes it really easy to find as heading for the cathedral will get you to the parking next door without a map! Room was a decent size and fair price for the city centre

Breakfast was a touch too expensive so we headed out for breakfast.

The single room with a much larger bathroom, facilities worked for us. Magnificent and beautiful location - just next door to shops, restaurants and cathedral and which was a huge bonus. Easy walk to Reims Opera:)))

The location is magnificent, being in a stunning castle with easy access to the Christmas market and a market. It's conveniently close to the Museum of the Surrender.

I liked the location of the hotel and the courteous reception received. Small and homely, with very nice bathroom facilities.

The staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful, the location is great and the room was reasonably large. Shower is the largest I have seen in two stars hotels in France and the room was really nice with lot of light and windows.

No elevator and the room was on the fourth floor - with 2 weeks luggage suitcases was a nightmare. Also parking at the hotel was not available and city parking near by is rather expensive - 11 euro per day. Internet connection is rather low speed at least it was in our room.

We had a balcony with a view of the Cathedral and on a corner exposed to the sun on both sides. I asked for a light sunny room with a bath, which is what I got.

The bedroom was a little small but adequate for our needs and I think breakfast should be included in the price.

Located in the heart of the city, close to the famous cathedral and surrounded by restaurants. The owner provides excellent advice on where to eat. The simple breakfast served is sufficient. Consider asking for a first-floor room if stairs are an issue.

The rooms are small and the lack of an elevator can be inconvenient. Noise from the busy street can disturb sleep, especially if you need to keep the window open due to the absence of air conditioning.

The continental breakfast was affordable and truly enjoyable. the room and bathroom were spacious and budget-friendly, including a hot tub. - the hotel's location is fantastic, being so close to the Reims Christmas Market, cathedral, stadium, and town center.
